NP5 is a group of companies operating in Lithuania and Netherlands that consists of five member companies: “NP5 Projects“, “NP5 Constructions“ , “NP5 House“ , “NP5 Technology” and “NP5 Innovation“.

What unites all the members of the group is an underlying ambition to challenge archaic traditions in the fields of architecture and construction where clients and customers must suffer through the tiresome, expensive, and time-consuming service-based execution of projects. Working under a paradigm of no-nonsense housing, NP5 tries to be at the forefront of the product-based revolution in the building sector. The essence of the product-based model lies in eliminating client uncertainties. Architectural projects and construction solutions are packaged, purchased, and built as ready-made made products.

NP5 Group was founded by a team of young and ambitious architects, engineers and technology experts. Although the number of employees grows naturally as the group‘s activities expand, the core remained practically unchanged throughout the entire lifetime of the group. The team consists of top qualification specialists responsible for the management of architectural and construction projects. This is why NP5 Group is associated with trust and quality.

History

The origins of the group go back to 2008 when a team of young and ambitious architects formed the architectural company NPS projektai Ltd in Šiauliai, Lithuania. Soon after a second company was founded, a construction-focused enterprise NPS statyba Ltd.

In 2018, the companies underwent a comprehensive restructuring process. To match the growing international scope of activities, NP5 Group was established. Today the group consists of five different companies: “NP5 Constructions”, “NP5 Projects”, “NP5 House”, “NP5 Technology”, and “NP5 Innovation”.

PHILOSOPHY

We believe private and commercial objects can be built at a lower cost and without unnecessary quality risks. This requires builders to be able to standardize their services and to assume responsibility for the result - the construction product. Having standardised and converted our services into products, we let our clients purchase construction products with zero stress.

NP5 implements all projects with a mission to convert clients into ambassadors. To fulfil this mission, the group of companies follows a strict code of five criteria in all architectural and construction projects:

NP5 specializes in energy-efficient residential house projects that are in high-demand in the Nordic regions. All residential house plans adhere to A, A+, and passive house standards.

3. Precision

Every architectural or construction project should be ordered with all information provided in advance and in a precise fashion. Even though buying a house plan or a construction solution is a high stakes decision, NP5 strives to make this decision as easy and effortless as possible. To this end, all house plans are comprehensive, highly-detailed and easy to understand. Modern 3D visualizations will help you make a choice without stepping away from your computer.

4. Universality

Whenever you buy a house project from NP5, you can rest assured that the project is a time-tested model: the same project was ordered by other people who are now enjoying life in a home of that particular model. We make sure that all the house projects on offer are economical, ergonomic, relatively simple, and can be built almost anywhere in the Nordic regions.

5. Five Senses

The principles of no-nonsense architecture must always be aligned with the five human senses. New buildings must not only be pleasing to the human eye. They should feature excellent sound isolation, mechanical ventilation with recuperation, and top quality natural construction materials. Finally, all exteriors and interiors must create a dynamic and delicious taste of wholesome harmony.

We live at a time when it’s no longer enough to think of cost-efficient construction. We must also pay attention to environmental efficiency. For us, it is important that all of our buildings are friendly to the environment.

A carefully designed object does not only preserve limited natural resources, limit air, water and soil pollution, but also promotes a healthy and sustainable lifestyle. In everything we design and construct, we make sure to use proper materials and machinery, while applying the principles of sustainable construction along the way.

We are currently expanding our activities into the field of light gauge steel frames. The use of this material is a great step forward in reducing the negative footprint that construction industry leaves on the environment.

The weight of modern light steel buildings is several times smaller compared to traditional buildings. This technology also ensures lower costs of transportation and assembly (often without the need for heavy machinery).

The production of light steel frames is an environment-friendly process that does not exploit natural resources, and offers productive outcomes that are fully recyclable. What’s more, our production process leaves little-to-zero waste.
